Shipping
We ship nationwide across South Africa via our courier partners. Orders are hand-painted to order, so please allow time for production before dispatch.
- Production time: 5–10 working days for custom hand-painted pieces, depending on complexity and current order volume.
- Delivery time: 2–5 working days nationwide once your order ships.
- Shipping cost: a flat rate of R100 applies, or free shipping on orders over R1000.
- You'll receive a WhatsApp and/or email notification with tracking details as soon as your order ships, and you can check progress any time on our Order Tracking page.
Returns & Refunds
Because every piece is custom hand-painted to your order, we're unable to accept returns or offer refunds for change-of-mind, incorrect size selection, or dissatisfaction with an artistic interpretation that matched the brief you provided.
That said, we stand behind our craftsmanship:
- If your order arrives damaged in transit or with a manufacturing/painting defect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and we'll repaint, repair, or replace it at no cost.
- If we made an error against the brief you confirmed with us (wrong size, wrong design entirely), let us know within 7 days and we'll make it right.
- Non-customized items (fixed designs with no upload/note) purchased in error may be exchanged for store credit within 7 days, provided they're unworn and in original condition — contact us first before sending anything back.
