When you create an account, place an order, or contact us, we collect information such as your name, email address, phone number, delivery address, and any reference images or notes you provide for a custom order. When you browse our site, we also automatically log basic visit information (IP address, browser, device type, and pages viewed) for analytics and security purposes.
Card payments are processed directly by Yoco, our payment provider — we do not store your card details on our servers.
If you provide a phone number, we may use it to send order updates or one-time verification codes via WhatsApp. If a WhatsApp message can't be delivered, we automatically send the same information by email instead.
We use session cookies to keep you logged in and to remember your cart. We also use a session identifier for visitor analytics, which does not persist after you close your browser.
We don't sell your personal information. We share only what's necessary with service providers who help us operate — our payment processor (Yoco), courier partners for delivery, and email/WhatsApp delivery services for notifications.
You can review or update your account details any time from your account profile. To request deletion of your account or data, email us at info@mk24.co.za.
